FOCUSES ON NUTRITIOUS FOOD, HEALTHY HYDRATION, LIGHT MOVEMENT, SLEEP AND STRESS MANAGEMENT

This track has two modules.

Module 1 - set goals, create an environment for success, learn to eat mindfully and create delicious, easy plant-powered meals that are nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory, high-fiber, and hormone-balancing.   

Module 2 -  learn how to handle unforeseen sabotage with mindset work.

STRENGTH TRAINING TRACK

FOCUSES ON WEEKLY STRENGTH TRAINING SESSIONS

As a certified personal trainer, I will guide you through custom workouts that will build MENOPAUSE MUSCLE while developing flexibility and mobility.  These workouts will boost your confidence.  These workouts are done in your home (for DC residents) or virtually.

  • LIFESTYLE TRACK 45-minute coaching sessions include weekly guided habit-change coaching, carefully selected health and wellness information, and action steps to keep you moving toward your goals

  • STRENGTH TRAINING TRACK workout sessions include 45-minute, supervised workouts geared toward your goals

  • Both TRACKS include:

    • 12-week long program (with optional extensions)

    • unlimited support between weekly sessions with secure text messaging with coach Granetta

    • optional electronic tracking of your food, mood, sleep, and hydration with monitoring by coach Granetta
